2. Digital Products & Delivery
Our products are digital files (e.g., STL files, 3D models) delivered via download links. Upon successful payment, you will receive access to download the purchased files.
3. Refund Policy (No Refunds)
Due to the digital nature of our products (STL files, 3D models), all sales are final.
Once the download link has been generated and/or delivered to you, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. By purchasing a digital product from us, you acknowledge and agree that you waive your right to a refund for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Accidental purchase
- Incompatibility with your software/hardware (please check requirements before purchase)
- Failure to download the file within the availability period
4. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Diamond STL and its licensors. Purchasing a digital file grants you a license to use the file for personal purposes; it does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property. You may not resell, redistribute, or share the original files.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
